Custom orders ship within 14-21 business days after payment receipt. We work extremely hard to process your custom order as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality and craftsmanship. Please allow us this working time. We do provide rush shipments at an additional cost.

In stock items ship within 3 business days of payment receipt. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, however, it will be shipped within 14-21 business days. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alpha One Greek. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is unused, unaltered and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as custom orders or personalized items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Items that are not defective or damaged will incur a 15% restocking fee.
